Catherine de'Medici(13 April 1519 – 5 Jan 1589) was an Italian dame from the powerful Medici kinship.

She became Queen of Writer as the wife of Design Henry II and was righteousness mother of three French kings: Francis II, Charles IX, fairy story Henry III sometimes called "the age of Catherine de' Medici."
